finally, after over 20 years of amassing books in random piles and stacks, I have proper bookshelves. a friend’s moving out soon into a bigger place and his shelves are identical to mine, so he’s giving me more.
I’m removing my closet and dresser soon to make way for the shelves, move all my books home to live in a small room that’s basically a library with a bed in it. I guess my clothes will be in a few boxes under the bed. or hung on the wall or something. Moving back into my mother’s at 25 will be grand.
